Nepal struggled against Namibia in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup League 2 on Wednesday at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur. After losing the toss and being sent into bat, Nepal could only manage 168 runs before being bowled out in 37.1 overs.
Aasif Sheikh provided the sole bright spot for Nepal with a battling 58, but Namibia’s bowlers dominated. Bernard Scholtz and Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton each took four wickets to dismantle the Nepali batting order.
